Gaming consoles
What do we repair?
We repair all errors of gaming consoles - from freezing systems to completely non-functional consoles. We specialize in in-depth diagnostics and micro-soldering. Therefore, we can also handle more difficult cases, known as "beep on - beep off" errors. We also repair all errors of gaming controllers such as stick drift, non-functional buttons, or damaged connectors.
Which consoles do we repair?
We repair Xbox, Playstation, and Nintendo consoles - we have spare parts in stock for these consoles, but not all are available in the online store. If you are looking for a specific part, feel free to ask us. In addition to these consoles, we also repair modern portable consoles - e.g., Asus ROG Ally, Steam Deck. We also work on older consoles, where it can sometimes be more difficult to find quality spare parts, and therefore repairs may take longer.
How to order a repair?
If you know exactly what you need, you can choose from the selection of common repairs on our e-shop. If you cannot find the service you are looking for or are unsure what is wrong with your device, please do not hesitate to contact us through the "Order Repair" form. We kindly ask you to provide as much information as possible in the form so that we can accurately assess the repair costs. We will contact you soon with a price quote, which, if you approve (with exceptions that do not require upfront payment), you can send your device for diagnosis.
How does the repair work?
You can bring the device to us in person in the vicinity of Trenčín and Bánovce nad Bebravou, or you can send it. After receiving it, we will perform an initial inspection, and if necessary, a diagnosis. If we find a fault and the necessary parts are available, we will proceed with the repair. After the repair, an exit inspection will take place, and you will immediately receive information that the device is ready for pickup or shipping. If it happens that we cannot fix the fault, the diagnosis and repair attempt will be free of charge - with minor exceptions described in the service conditions (e.g., a contaminated device, after a fall, or possibly damaged by liquid).
