What do we repair?
We repair most consumer electronics. Common issues that we typically encounter and can handle include, for example, non-functional charging, completely non-working devices, damaged connectors or cables, or devices missing one or more functions.
Which devices do we repair?
More or less anything that fits on our table. From drones, headphones, computer mice, keyboards to soundbars, monitors, and more. Due to the wide variety, we can't keep parts in stock, but we do have basic items like replacement cables, and some connectors and microchips.
How to order a repair?
Since we have no restrictions on the items we repair, please do not look for a price list in this category. We provide quotes upon request through the "Order Repair" form. Please include as much information as possible in the form so that we can accurately assess the repair costs. We will contact you soon with a quote, which, if you approve (with exceptions do not require upfront payment), you can send the device for diagnosis.
How do the repair works?
You can bring the device to us in person in the vicinity of Trenčín and Bánovce nad Bebravou, or you can send it. After receiving it, we will perform an initial inspection and diagnosis. If we find a fault and have the necessary parts available, we will proceed with the repair. After the repair, an exit inspection will take place, and you will immediately receive information that the device is ready for pickup or shipping. In case we are unable to fix the fault, both the diagnosis and repair will be free of charge - with minor exceptions described in the service conditions (e.g., a contaminated device, one that has fallen, or damaged by liquid).
