Warranty claims


How to proceed in case of a warranty claim about defective goods:

  1. Downlaod and fill warranty claim form
  2. Prepare a shipment in which you enclose:
    1. Completed warranty claim form
    2. Warranty card
    3. Product in original packaging
  3. Deliver the goods to us using one of the options
    1. After telephone agreement in person in Trenčín or the surrounding area​
    2. To our address by post or courier

Important information:

  • When submitting your package, ask the carrier for a tracking number or shipping confirmation. In the event of a lost package, we can help you better.
  • We will inform you about the current status of the complaint by email notification.

The deadline for processing a claim - the statutory deadline of a maximum of 30 days.

Damaged products


The goods may be damaged or the shipment may be delivered incorrectly. In this case, please keep a cool head and contact us immediately within 12 hours of receiving the shipment by e-mail at [email protected]

Please send us:

  1. A photo of the delivery note so that we can track your order in the system using the variable symbol number.
  2. A detailed photo of the damaged delivered product.
  3. A complete photo of the packaging material. We will need:
    1. A photo of the box from all sides. If the box has dents or other visual damage, send a photo of this area.
    2. If the shipment was wrapped in bubble wrap, it is necessary to send a photo of the bubble wrap rolled up.

Please do not send photos that are out of focus or taken in poor lighting conditions, or that have parts of the photo cut off or cropped.


The photo must show the entire damaged item and not just the damaged part.


On the basis of your photos, we will forward the situation to the carrier, who will handle it. If you cannot provide photos or video evidence, we cannot do anything about the situation.


We are then waiting for the carrier's response. We will contact you once they have responded.


When receiving an order from a courier, it is necessary to visually inspect each shipment while it is being received. In case of damage to the shipment, immediately write a damage report directly to the courier. Otherwise, neither the carriers nor we bear any responsibility for any later complaints.


If you do not report this error to us, any subsequent withdrawal from the contract or complaint from our side may be rejected. Therefore, please report everything if you have even the slightest suspicion.

Return of goods within 14 days


If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Download and fill out withdrawal from the contract (this document is required to identify the shipment and process the return)
  2. Please provide all important information:
    1. Order number
    2. Product, which you are returning
    3. Reason for returning
    4. IBAN account number for the refund
  3. Prepare goods for shipment
    1. Return the goods in their original and undamaged packaging.
    2. If it contains protective adhesives, do not remove them.
    3. Clean used products, such as displays, from any adhesive residue.
  4. Deliver the goods to us using one of the options

Important information:

  • We usually process refunds within 7 days of receiving the product.
