What do we repair?
We specialize in the diagnosis and motherboard repair of laptops and peripheral devices. For example, non-functional charging, completely non-functional laptop, display without backlighting (even after replacing the display), water-damaged laptop, laptop after a fall, non-functional battery, and more.
Which laptops do we repair?
We repair all types of laptops. The main "categories" we focus on are MacBooks, Microsoft Surface models, and all gaming or office laptops. We have basic replacement components in stock for most MacBooks and laptops, and many others are available in the supply chain.
How to order a repair?
With the large number of different laptops and issues, it is almost impossible to create a basic price list for repairs. Therefore, the only option to order a repair through a form. Please describe in as much detail as possible what is not functioning, as well as any circumstances that preceded the problem, and based on the information provided, we will prepare a preliminary estimate. After its approval (you do not pay anything in advance), you will deliver the device to us.
How does the repair work?
You can bring the device to us in person in the vicinity of Trenčín and Bánovce nad Bebravou, or you can send it. After receiving it, we will perform an initial inspection and diagnosis. If we find a fault and have the necessary parts available, we will proceed with the repair. After the repair, an exit inspection will take place, and you will immediately be informed that the device is ready for pickup or shipping. If it happens that we cannot repair the fault, the diagnosis and attempt to repair will be free of charge - with minor exceptions described in the service conditions (e.g., a contaminated device, damaged from a fall, or damaged by liquid).
