AON7934

The AON7934 is a high-performance dual N-channel MOSFET with a 30 V rating and low RDS(on), ideal for power switching and DC/DC conversion in laptop motherboards. It supports currents up to 16 A and 18 A on its two channels and comes in an 8-pin DFN3×3A package optimized for compact, surface-mount applications. Designed as a direct substitute for B09A03 MOSFETs, it’s commonly replaced in repairs to resolve no-power, intermittent power, or voltage regulation failures.
